Open Road Tours CC is committed to maintaining the integrity and security of your personal information. We will never sell, trade or otherwise give away any information about our customers, except if required to do so by law.

Personal details and email addresses received through completing our online booking form are filed away securely and only used by Open Road Tours in the process of arranging tours, making reservations, and communicating directly with our clients.

Credit / Debit Card Acquiring and Security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Open Road Tours via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to to view their security certificate and security policy.

Please do not send your credit card details to us by email as email is not secure. We actively fight charge backs and credit card fraud, and will co-operate fully with banks or investigating authorities in the event of suspected fraudulent activity.
